The Urban Financial Services Coalition Central Maryland (UFSC Central Maryland) is a non-profit membership organization dedicated to developing and supporting the career growth of professionals in the financial services industry. The organization also focuses on programs and affiliations that contribute to the educational enhancement of area students and economic enrichment of the urban community.

UFSC Central Maryland is one of more than 23 chapters of the Urban Financial Services Coalition (UFSC), a national organization covering five regions that was established in 1974 as the National Association of Urban Bankers. UFSC Central Maryland was established in September 1980 under the name the Maryland Association of Urban Bankers. In October 1984, the Chapter became an affiliate of the national organization.
